Although he has not yet signed the fight contract, Manny Pacquiao confirms that the finale to Pacquiao vs Marquez trilogy will go on as planned.
Last May 19, Juan Manuel Marquez signed the contract to fight the Filipino.
As stipulated in the contract, Pacquiao vs Marquez III will be fought at a catch-weight of 144 pounds on November 12, 2011 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. If Marquez beats Pacquiao, a fourth fight will be held with the Mexican, who stands to receive $10 million.
Pacquiao confirmed the news during a victory party that Governor Luis ‘Chavit’ Singson gave in his honor on Sunday night (May 22). Pacquiao said he will start training in September.
